1. Returned & Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned, delayed, refused, or requires correction due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to receive the package, any additional carrier or shipping fees incurred (including address correction or return-to-sender fees) will be charged to the customer before reshipment or refund processing.

If a regulated item is returned to the distributor due to customer error, refusal, or failure to complete a lawful transfer, any associated return shipping, restocking, or carrier fees will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.
