Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship firearms?
Yes. Firearms are shipped in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer for transfer. Firearms are never shipped to residential addresses or PO Boxes.
Do you ship nationwide?
We ship to most states where products are legal to sell and ship. Some items may be restricted based on state or local laws, or distributor policies.
Can I order if I live in California or another restricted state?
Some distributors do not ship certain products to specific states, including California. Orders are only processed through distributors that legally ship to your location. If an item cannot be shipped to your state, it will not be fulfilled.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the distributor, product availability, and destination. We do not guarantee specific delivery timeframes. Orders are processed as quickly as possible once placed.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking availability depends on the distributor and shipping method used. If tracking information is provided by the distributor, it will be shared once available.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Firearms cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Some accessories or non-regulated items may be eligible for PO Box delivery, depending on the carrier.
FFL & Legal Questions
Do I need an FFL to place an order?
Only firearm purchases require an FFL transfer. Accessories and non-regulated items do not require an FFL.
How does the FFL transfer process work?
At checkout, you will select a licensed FFL dealer. The firearm will be shipped to that dealer, where you will complete the background check and transfer according to local laws.
Can I use my own FFL dealer?
Yes. You may select from available FFL dealers during checkout or provide your preferred FFL if required.
Do you upload or share FFL licenses publicly?
No. FFL information is handled securely and is not made publicly available for copying or reuse.

What types of products do you sell?
We offer firearms, firearm accessories, tactical gear, and outdoor-related equipment. Product availability may vary based on distributor stock and legal restrictions.
Why isn’t the “Gear” menu clickable?
The Gear menu serves as a navigation header to display subcategories. Please click a subcategory to browse available products.
Are all products in stock?
Inventory availability is based on distributor stock and may change without notice. Placing an order does not guarantee availability.
Payments & Checkout
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, ACH/eCheck, and other options depending on the product and distributor.
Why don’t I see an FFL selector at checkout?
The FFL selector appears only when a firearm is added to the cart. If it does not appear, ensure the product requires an FFL and that checkout requirements are met.
Are prices guaranteed?
Prices are accurate at the time of purchase but may change due to distributor pricing or availability.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel an order?
Order cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on order status and distributor processing. Once an order is submitted, it may already be in fulfillment.
Do you accept returns?
Firearms are generally non-returnable except where required by law or manufacturer warranty. Non-firearm items may be eligible for return depending on condition and distributor policy.
Dropshipping & Fulfillment
Do you dropship products?
Yes, some products are fulfilled directly by distributors. Dropshipping availability varies by product and distributor.
Can firearms be dropshipped to my home?
No. Firearms must always be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.
General Questions
Do you sell to individuals under 21?
No. Firearms and certain regulated items require the purchaser to meet all legal age requirements.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Restricted States & Locations
