At Hudson Valley Arms, we ship firearms, rifles, ammunition, accessories, and training products through trusted dropshipping partners. Shipping methods, delivery requirements, and timelines vary based on product type, distributor fulfillment, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

All shipping timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.


2. Firearms & Rifles

  • All firearms and rifles are shipped directly to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) of the customer’s choice, in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals and must be received by an FFL.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete FFL information at checkout.
  • Shipping timelines vary depending on distributor availability and FFL processing times. Most firearm orders ship within 3–10 business days after purchase.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the distributor ships the firearm to the selected FFL.

3. Ammunition

Ammunition shipments are subject to federal, state, and local regulations. Depending on the customer’s location and applicable laws, ammunition may be required to ship to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL).

  • Quantity limits, shipping restrictions, and delivery requirements vary by state and distributor.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring ammunition purchases comply with their local and state laws.
  • Shipping timelines are typically 3–7 business days, depending on distributor fulfillment and compliance requirements.

4. Accessories & Non-Firearm Items

  • Accessories and other non-firearm products are shipped directly to the customer’s provided shipping address unless state or local law requires delivery to an FFL.
  • Estimated shipping times depend on distributor availability and product stock, typically 5–12 business days.
  • Shipping costs and methods are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the distributor fulfilling the order.

5. Training & Classes

  • Training classes do not involve physical shipment of products.
  • Any digital materials or course kits required for a class will be delivered via email.
  • Materials are typically emailed 1–3 business days before the scheduled class date.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address to receive course materials and correspondence.

6. International Shipping

Hudson Valley Arms currently ships products within the United States only. International shipping is not available due to federal and state firearm regulations.


7. Shipping Delays

All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to distributor processing times, FFL processing, shipping carrier issues, regulatory compliance, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Hudson Valley Arms is not responsible for delays caused by distributors, shipping carriers, or FFL processing.


8. Tracking Orders

Once an order ships, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Order status and tracking information can also be viewed by logging into the customer’s account on our website.


9. Shipping Issues – Returned & Undeliverable Shipments

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a shipment is returned, delayed, or requires address correction due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to receive the package, or similar delivery issues, any additional carrier or shipping fees incurred (including address correction or return-to-sender fees) will be charged to the customer before reshipment or refund processing.
