1. Eligibility

You must be legally eligible under federal, state, and local laws to purchase regulated products or participate in firearms training.

2. Firearm Sales & Transfers

All firearm sales are dropshipping only.
Firearms ship exclusively to licensed FFL dealers.
Customers must ensure the receiving FFL is valid and willing to accept transfers.
Completion of background checks and ATF Form 4473 is required.
Orders may be placed on hold pending verification of legal documentation, FFL confirmation, or distributor approval.

3. Pricing & Availability

Product pricing, availability, and Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) are subject to distributor policies and may change without notice.

4. Compliance Documentation

Customers may be required to submit:

Government-issued photo ID
Local state pistol permit (where applicable)
Firearms licenses or additional documentation

Failure to provide required documentation may result in order cancellation or delay.

5. Training Classes

Firearms training services are provided in person. Participation may require:

Proof of eligibility
Compliance with safety rules
Signed waivers or acknowledgments

Hudson Valley Arms reserves the right to refuse participation for safety or legal reasons.

6. Shipping, Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

All orders are subject to shipping timelines and requirements as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a shipment is returned, delayed, or requires correction due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to receive the package, additional carrier or shipping fees may be charged to the customer as outlined in our Return / Refund Policy.

7. Order Cancellations, Holds & Returns

Orders may be canceled or delayed due to:

Legal or compliance issues
Distributor inventory limitations
Receiving FFL refusal

If a receiving FFL refuses shipment or transfer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping or restocking fees imposed by the distributor.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Violate firearm laws or regulations
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to bypass legal requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

Hudson Valley Arms is not responsible for delays, denials, or actions resulting from legal compliance requirements, distributor policies, FFL procedures, or shipping carrier issues.
